1. It is advised that you attend the "Liver Flush" workshop before you start the procedure to have the instructions clarified. 2. People with hypoglycemia condition may feel dizziness, weakness, nervousness, sweating, trembling and/or heavy or cold perspiration even before taking the olive oil/grapefruit juice mixture. This is due to the fact that their blood sugar may get too low since there is no food intake after 2:00pm. This problem can be solved easily by taking some honey water or maple syrup water. There are a lot of people with minor hypoglycemia condition without knowing. If they feel weak or uncomfortable, they shall take some honey water or maple syrup water as well. 3. People with a health condition that involves the liver, gallbladder and/or pancreas shall be cautious (cirrhosis, fatty liver, acute cholecystitis, pancreatitis etc.) of doing the liver flush. They shall have a much longer preparation period, probably 3-4 months, until the symptoms are gone before they do the liver flush. During the moment of passing through the stones, the liver will actually contract to squeeze out the stones along with the bile. This is a very stressful process and may cause traumatic reaction to people with the above problems. We have never seen any case of this happened, but people with these conditions shall be prudent. 4. People with a serious degenerative disease shall also be very prudent with the liver flush. One of the major causes of degenerative disease is the high level of toxins in the body. People with major degenerative diseases normally will have a very high level of toxin in their system. Without a proper preparation, the release of toxins from the liver cells may overload the system and make the situation worse. It is very important that people with serious health conditions shall first prepare themselves by proper detoxification and protection. They shall do the liver flush only when their symptoms disappear with the help of herbs and antioxidants. Once they do the liver flush, they will see the healing process speed up dramatically. Liver is our healing organ! 5. If you do not follow the instructions closely, you may feel sick or you may not be able to have the expected "flush" results. 6. If you are sick or if you have kidney problems, you should talk with people who have similar experience to make some adjustments for the preparation of liver flush. 7. If you are coming down with a cold, wait until you are well before you do the liver flush. During the liver flush, toxins will be released from the liver cells, lowering your immune abilities temporarily, thus you may be more vulnerable to colds. 8. Some people may experience slight discomfort in the first day or two after the liver flush because of the toxin elimination process. Such discomfort should go away in a couple of days. 9. Stones in your system (liver and gallbladder) will not be eliminated completely by one liver flush. If this is your first attempt, you should do it again in 3 weeks' time, followed by the third time two months later. During the whole process, you should keep on taking the detoxification and protection measures. To maintain a healthy liver, it is recommended that you do the liver flush once or twice a year thereafter. 10. Write down the health problems that you have before you start the liver flush program, major or minor. Compare your health condition after you do the first, second, and third liver flush. You will notice the difference.
